AhamBrahmasmi
Sacred practice in the heart of the Himalayas — where the Ganga sings beneath the rooftop, and breath returns to its origin.

A sanctuary carved by silence, warmed by the morning sun.
Tucked between the Ganga and the foothills, Aham Brahmasmi is less a studio and more a remembering. Bamboo ceilings, terracotta floors, marigold-strewn altars, and the soft hush of singing bowls hold the space.
"We do not teach yoga. We hold the door, and yoga walks in.
Six paths, one breath.
Each practice is an invitation to return — to the body, to the breath, to the quiet that was always there.

Step inside, and the world softens.
The doors open at dawn. Light filters through bamboo. A bell rings once. And the practice begins — not as discipline, but as homecoming.

Sound & Stillness

Himalayan Energy
Where the Ganga whispers and the mountains hold ancient silence.
Held by hands that have truly walked the path.
Each practice carries a lineage — passed down by breath, by discipline, and by the quiet patience of showing up every day.
